GENERAL SUMMARY: Support’s the shop administrator and lead dismantler in keeping the shop workflow running smoothly.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Printing tags and dismantling reports for the shop dismantling team members.

· Creating records for the U-pull it vehicles that are processed through the dismantle shop.

· Assisting with preparation of the payroll documents used to calculate the dismantler incentive pay.

· Inventory and order shop supplies.

· Complete vehicle inspections which includes taking pictures, verifying parts quality, and signing off on completed vehicles before they leave the shop.

· Monitoring the DPR, keeping accurate records of open work orders, and assisting with vehicle review pre-processing.

· Aid in stocking parts as needed post dismantle.

· Aid is setting expectation for dismantlers, enforcing a safe work environment, and setting an example that creates a positive working environment.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Knowledge of auto parts.

· Attention to detail to ensure accurate parts handling and processing.

· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

· Able to work in all weather conditions

· Physical endurance.

· Verbal and written communication skills.

· Time management.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

· Previous inventory software experience.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High school diploma.

EXPERIENCE: Prior automotive knowledge is a plus. Prior administrative experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
