Shipping Specialists are key to ensuring all supplies are shipped to patients in a timely manner. Efficiency and accuracy are necessary for success in this role. Must hit KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to develop and progress in company.

Schedule: Tues-Sat 10am-6:30pm

· Attention to Detail – Does not miss important details even when busy or juggling multiple projects; ensures there are few to no errors in tasks/projects assigned.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process all patient supply requests submitted by all internal insurance billing departments as well as directly from patients.

· Ensure shipments of all applicable DME supplies are shipped in a timely manner in accordance with billing guidelines.

· Provide tracking information to the billing team when requested.

· Ensure patient addresses are updated in the Zynex Billing Database to reflect the addresses verified by UPS.

· Perform with a team to achieve daily goals and complete tasks.

· Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day OR 5 days/week (Sun-Thurs) 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

· Fast-paced, high-volume professional production/warehouse environment with frequent interruptions.

· Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.

· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

· Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

· Ability to lift 35 lbs.
