We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the team of a prestigious leather corporation located in Manhasset, NY. This position will be responsible for managing freight and ensuring that all materials arrive safely and on time to the warehouse in Albany. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for managing vendors and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure that all materials are stored in the correct location. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound freight shipments to and from the warehouse in Albany • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations • Manage relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations • Communicate with the warehouse team to coordinate and plan for incoming shipments • Ensure that all materials are stored in the correct location and in compliance with company policies and procedures • Create and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation • Resolve any issues or delays with shipments and work with the team to develop solutions • Support inventory management and other logistics-related tasks as needed
