Your Role
Deliver GIFT service to our online customer by working with the Ship from Store Assistant Manager to own the Ship from Store process. This includes navigating the Customer Orders App, locating items within customer orders, processing, and shipping all orders.
Day in the Life
- Log into Customer Orders app to fulfill any orders assigned to your store.
- Work with the Ship from Store Assistant Manager to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped out timely.
- Follow all policy and procedures to maintain a safe shopping experience for our customer and a work environment that is safe and open for all.
- Practice teamwork by being ready and willing to help other members of the team when they need a hand.
- Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance.
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required.
- Scheduled shifts vary from early mornings, day shifts, nights, and weekends, and are flexible.
- Plan to walk and stand while fulfilling customer orders.
- Carry and lift boxes up to 40lbs filled with our newest arrivals. You’ll climb and balance on ladders, kneel, squat, and reach above the shoulders to locate merchandise within customer orders.
