Dunkin’ Shift Leader

Our Dunkin is now hiring Shift Leaders. We are immediately placing strong candidates. Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for working with Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They typically set goals, provide job assignments , and motivate others. You work as a team to meet guest’ needs and give them a reason to come back by taking orders at the front counter and drive thru. Follow all company food safety standards, recipes, and systems. Keep the store clean, stocked and organized in the front, back and outside. Follow speed of service standards.

Shift Leader Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Available to work morning shifts as early as 4am

Must be able to work weekends

Have reliable transportation

Enjoy working with others

Hold yourself accountable for being to work on scheduled days and times

Must have previous leadership experience.

Be able to pass a background check.

Have organizational skills and basic computer skills.
