Schedule: We are currently seeking part-time and/or full-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.

Our Shift Leads bring the Starbucks experience to life by:

• assisting in the management of store operations
• delighting and uplifting customers through a human connection
• follows up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers
• models and acts in accordance with Sherman's core values

Our employees' work goes beyond a perfectly made beverage; it’s about human connection.

This is a Sherman Associates owned Starbucks franchise location.

We’d Love to Hear from Candidates With:

• Previous Starbucks/Coffee experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Open availability ranging from 5am - 7pm
• Hours vary including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
