JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Shift Leader is responsible for managing all operational and financial excellence of the Juice Bar store during their shift. This position requires extreme ownership and a love for culture building. This leader will:

• Possess an understanding of operational and financial performance metrics and be able to report on them at any given time.
• Participate in weekly huddles and provide insights from every huddle to staff.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while simultaneously upholding Juice Bar standards of hospitality in all interactions.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with completion of operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, Scheduling etc.) at your Juice Bar to ensure operational excellence and financial health.
• Oversee and manage maintenance to the facility and all equipment to the highest standards – ensuring Operational Excellence, Safety, and Cleanliness.
• Support staff through continuous improvements and Juice Bar mastery
• Follow cash handling, point of sale (POS), and product procedures

Requirements:

• At least (1) year of restaurant experience, preferably supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Successful completion of mandatory background check
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Passion and strong emotional intelligence, especially in trying circumstances
