Job Title: Servicing Operations – Data Reporting Analyst III
Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Lima One Capital has an exciting opportunity for a Servicing Operations Data Reporting Analyst III. This position plays a vital role within the Servicing Operations department and will have a focus on automating a wide variety of processes throughout the Servicing department. The Data Reporting Analyst III is directly responsible for the following activities:
- Ability to lead projects from requirement gathering to completion, including follow up to ensure project goals are completed. Includes monitoring, reporting on, and communicating issues associated with all assigned projects to all stakeholders.
- Partner with the business owner(s) and management team to develop detailed end-to-end process flows of the current state, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and develop future state processes that benefit the organization.
- Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes.
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining RPA scripts and code.
- Document and diagram the existing processes and future state data flows.
- Approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset and lean on previous experiences to deliver quality business solutions to the organization.
- Demonstrate comprehension of automation processes and revise designs as needed based on customer feedback.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or another related field.
- 8+ year(s) of technical experience or other related education.
- Knowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence
- 8+ years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs across multiple departments.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines.
