JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This position includes but is not limited to Scheduling, prioritizing, and overseeing the work performed in the Perrysburg yard. Leads the yard service team to ensure an efficient, safe, and profitable operation. Assisting in providing quotes for customers and reviewing machine inspections. Cleanliness of rental equipment, yard organization, wash bay cleanliness, organization and contamination control compliance, and operation of all wash bay equipment. Taking phone calls from internal rental & Supervisor team. This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of company policies and business strategies as they pertain to Heavy Equipment Repair, Rebuild shop, and Rental equipment.

Must be able to handle multiple work assignments

Must be able to work outside in all conditions

Must have good computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to prioritize work and technician assignments. Must be able to work closely with other internal and external customers to ensure a quality product.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate required. Three - Five years of industry experience required

Technical knowledge of heavy equipment is required. Prior supervisory experience is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a large yard environment; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
