Kocourek Automotive is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our fast paced, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

The successful candidates should already possess the five traits that cannot be taught:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish financial and operational objectives; prepare monthly forecasts.
• Evaluate performance of department
• Administer and evaluate guest surveys and other follow-up programs
• Hire and train all service department team members per our Kocourek process and training manual.
• Evaluate performance of all team members based on job descriptions and department objectives.
• Outline training program for service department team members; coordinate in-dealership technical training; maintain training records.
• Conduct daily shop meetings.
• Maintain good working relationship with factory representatives.
• Prepare pricing guides and menus for frequent labor operations.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Supervise, lead and coach technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor shop efficiency and assist with improvement.
• Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
• CSI focused
• Required experience: 5 years in Automotive Service
• Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 5 years
