Service Line Operations Manager Job Summary

The Clinician eXchange (TCX) is a medical technology consulting staffing and research firm headquartered out of Parsippany, NJ. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurially minded Service Line Operations Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of our service line operations. This includes project planning, coordination and management, communicating and screening candidates, and going the extra mile to ensure overall exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities and Duties

The Service Line Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for all activities related to satisfying the expectations of our clients and clinical consultants as well as our operational team. We are growing rapidly, have room for advancement and love new ideas. We enjoy our work and would like to add a team member with a similar perspective. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Project workflow management

● Data analytics

● Research

● Performing various administrative duties

● Client support functions

● Communicating with clients and candidates

● Performance Excellence.

The candidate will be highly considered if they can showcase experience with the following programs:

● Microsoft suite (esp. Excel)

● Google suite (Slides, Docs, Drive)

● Smartsheet

● Hubspot (or similar CRM/database software)

Requirements:

● Candidates must have their own high-speed internet connection in a designated personal office-space

● 3+ years of operations/project management experience

Preferences:

● BS/BA Degree in Business or a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time REMOTE

Start Date: On or around 4/15/23

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:
