Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedules all valet pick-up and delivery appointments through RedCap and Dealerware software.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery between customers and porters and ensures all customer invoices have been paid before or during delivery of customer vehicles.
• Assists service advisors, when needed, by giving status updates to customers and assisting with interdepartmental communication.
• Follows up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues, escalates to service manager for assistance on resolution, if needed.
• Builds productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communications.
• Assists in incoming service appointment phone calls, special order parts status, and scheduling
• Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly.
• Answers incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
• Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues.
• Maintains and updates customer records with new and updated information. i.e. Name, Company name, address, email address, phone number, etc.
• Identifies ways to improve customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Previous Service Experience a plus
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
