RoomReady is looking to expand our Support Team with a responsible, detail-oriented, fast- paced, results-driven individual. The Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for answers phones and emails, scheduling and confirming service resources for a variety of work requests. Inputs customer data into company systems. Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, communicating with customers, and collecting appropriate information, and managing assignments. Open to Remote or Hybrid work. Ideally located in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule department resources based on skillset and availability to fulfill incoming work requests
  • Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, onsite tasks, and travel.
  • Speak with customers over the phone to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and work with leadership within Support, Service other departments to resolve resource conflicts.

Skills and Qualifications:
As a Service Coordinator you need excellent communication and customer service skills combined with strong attention to detail:

  • Proficiency in programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle stressful situations.
  • Must be solution-focused, forward-thinking, and can perform more than one task at a time.
  • 2 years in a customer-facing, customer service role, project management, or other coordinator-type roles.
  • Prefer an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prefer Prior AV and or IT department experience

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
