The Scheduler / Service Dispatcher is involved in the day-to-day activities to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.

This includes handling all customer communications in addition to assisting service techhnicians and field activities as necessary. This candidate has a wide range of responsibilities that will expose them to different areas of the business. The ability to multi-task, be flexible, and follow through are a few key components of this role. A strong desire to learn and participate in different industry training programs is a must. This candidate is responsible for building excellent customer relationships by truly caring and serving our customers and working to exceed their expectations.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization are required with strong follow-up and follow-through to assist all service technicians in their daily work.
  • Ability to be resourceful and find positive solutions to difficult situations
  • Possess strong people management skills and emotional intelligence; build strong professional relationships with every team member.
  • Understanding the ins and outs of the service technicians job in order to provide technical support to technicians.
  • Ability to motivate and rally team to achieve goals and operate efficiently.

  • Listening to and resolving concerns from customers and all other employees

Hard Skills

  • Answering all phone calls and responding to voicemails and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing all customer correspondence for service, scheduling, billing inquiries, and general inquiries
  • Managing customer database, accounts, daily work orders, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, and other duties as assigned via field management software CRM
  • Selling initial and recurring service to residential pool owners via inbound calls
  • Managing inventory and ordering of service items and building supplies
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing facility
  • Extensive knowledge of the organization, culture, vision, products, and services we offer
  • Facilitation and record keeping of all meetings, including ordering food and coordinating with vendors/presenters
  • Organizing files, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other items as assigned
  • Ensuring all calendars are accurate and organized
  • Manage relationships with external partners/vendors/manufacturer warranty
  • Opening and closing office (8am-4pm)
  • All other duties as assigned.Every day will likely bring new challenges and experiences which make our work exciting

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma
  • Previous service company customer support experience preferred

Company 3 year Vision

To double the size of our maintenance department to over 500 weekly accounts by the end of 2025
