We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Service BDC Representative with the drive and mindset to make a difference in the workplace. We are looking for self driven individual that can operate within a team environment. We will provide the training and tools needed to fully complete tasks with efficiency while maintaining complete customer satisfaction. You'll be working out of a brand new, state-of-the-art facility which you can catch a glimpse of here.

Qualifications

  • Previous Service BDC experience
  • Keeping an organized and clean work environment
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers that recently declined repairs
  • Input essential customer information utilizing provided tools.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Service Manager so that customers can be informed when their upcoming appointments/repairs are needed
  • Executing communication with customers with the utmost professionalism and respect
  • Personally log appointments scheduled, no showed, and shown
  • Keeping personal customer information confidential and filed appropriately
  • Notifying and educating customers about open recalls for their vehicle
