Service Advisor
Job description
We're looking for an ambitious Service Advisor to help provide outstanding customer service to our customers while they're waiting. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, checking them in, updating them on the status of their cars and addressing any issues that may arise during the repair process. You will also be expected to make sure repairs are done in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of customer service principles and have the ability to quickly learn and apply repair information.
Responsibilities:
- Document problems with cars.
- Talk to customers about problems and solutions.
- Make decisions about how to fix cars.
- Find and use technical information about cars.
- Provide advice about auto maintenance.
- Work with customer service representatives and sales staff.
- Deal with unhappy customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,982.38 - $57,777.41 per year
