Four Star Freightliner is the Southeast regions leading heavy and medium duty truck dealer that offers a complimentary line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Tifton, Ga. location.
The new service advisor must be a problem-solver who works well with the public, is outgoing and very energetic. You will help to complete the customers experience of a timely and accurate repair of their vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Create, update, close and bill repair orders- Participate in the process of continuous improvement for customers, employees & the company
- Determine customer needs and timely plan to perform
- Promote safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus.
- Analysis/problem solving skills
- Team leadership and motivation skills to the service staff
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and maintain a good business relationship with both external and internal customers
