Kirby Club, an Eastern Mediterranean concept from the United People of Kebab & the folks behind Compass Rose and Maydan, is opening in the Mosaic District in early December. We've found that Kebabs and communal dining are one of the best ways to pass on stories & share cultures. We are on a mission to share kebab culture with the world starting in Fairfax.

Responsibilities:

• Bar preparation and set up
• Managing a bar station, serving food and beverage
• Hosting guests and providing drinks for the restaurant
• Observing and implementing proper quality assurance and food safety procedures
• Maintaining and cleaning all equipment in the workplace
• Helping throw a Kirby party every day

Prior bartending experience of at least one year is required & full time availability is preferred.

We are looking for applicants with schedule flexibility who are interested in working a variety of shifts. Being a part of an opening team is a unique opportunity.
