SensAbility Front Desk Receptionist

This is an entry level, part time position with full time potential, reporting directly to the SensAbility Manager. This position is working in a spa setting within a school environment.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

  • Checking the bathroom on the hour (disinfecting touch points, making sure paper towels are filled, make sure all signs are posted).
  • Following building procedures and protocols.
  • Answering phones, returning voicemails and booking spa appointments.
  • Checking clients in and out for treatments.
  • Responsible for daily cash register and close out reports.
  • Ability to record client information in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge about services/treatments and pricing along with current specials and discounts.
  • Working with an online appointment booking program(Mind Body).
  • Preparing next day operations (scheduling, filing, voice mail, records, etc.).
  • Communicate spa policies to clients when booking or purchasing services/treatments.
  • Working closely with students to better assist their clinic internship.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager as necessary.
  • Qualifications

- Must work weekends and have spa/salon experience

- Excellent Face-to-face customer service skills- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment- Excellent computer/internet skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 /hour

Required experience:

  • Spa / Salon Operations: 2 years experience
  • Customer Service: 5 years experience
  • Multitasking: 2+ years experience

Required education: High school or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
