Job Description:
  • We are looking to hire a Sr. technician in semiconductor lab environment to perform electrical testing on semiconductor equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Works in a lab environment performing activities such as test operations, system setup, inventory monitoring.
  • Operate various types of standard electrical test equipment, automated test equipment (ATE) and prober equipment for testing, validation, characterization.
  • Repair and maintenance of test board/load board, probe card and other engineering hardware.
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment for engineering testing.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, maintain a clean and orderly working area.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, rework on failed or low yield and write technical reports.
  • Assist Engineers in conducting engineering tasks, system setting, testing & data collection, summarize and report the data.
  • Provide independent technical expertise to handle complex tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in engineering or a technical certification with 5+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on working experience with semiconductor ATE and probe equipment such as Credence Kalos Tester, Nextest Magnum Testers, Cohu/delta flex handler, EG6000/TSK/AP3000 Probers
  • Basic knowledge on test methodology on semiconductor device in wafer/package testing
  • Familiar with electronic fundamentals and good in problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient use of computer software such as MS office
  • Basic knowledge in programming language such C, C++.
  • Ability to learn quickly and fast adaptability.
  • Trainable to operate automatic test equipment, bench equipment, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Good in oral and written communication, Team player & can communicate effectively with others.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience of semiconductor device testing.
  • Experience with ATE and Prober/handler operation.
  • Basic knowledge in programming language such C, C++.

Pay Range:
The expected pay range for this position, if filled in California, is $22.60 - $51.44 per hour, dependent on specific skills and work experience. We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
