NVIDIA Cloud Engineering and Services Team is looking for a Senior Engineer who can help build a next-generation cloud and virtual appliance-based product and services suite from the ground up as part of its offering to delight customers with Cloud and On-Premises solutions. What you'll be doing:

Tackle a real-world problem of Implementing, Designing, and helping develop a new Enterprise-class Product from the ground up.

Expertise in the AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Micro-services architecture, continuously optimizing for scale and performance.

Support and improve virtual appliances based on Containers and Hypervisor-based platforms.

You tackle challenging problems by developing sophisticated, maintainable code and aspire to be a full-stack development engineer with a primary focus on the backend.

Deliver rapid iterations of software based on user feedback and metrics

Collaborate with your peers to craft, develop, test, and maintain our public web service in a globally distributed team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Help the team make critical decisions on our product and technology direction.

Actively contribute to adopting frameworks, standards, and new technologies.
What we need to see:
-
BS or MS, or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years of meaningful work experience in Computer Science.
-
A highly developed problem solver, with a proven track record of delivering highly scalable RESTful Services for an Enterprise scale product in an agile environment.
-
Expert-level experience with AWS technologies such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
-
Strong experience using Kubernetes.
-
Expert-level experience with microservices architectures.
-
Strong Experience with Java, Spring Framework or Python, Flask, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and No-SQL Databases and skilled in a wide variety of programming languages used in Enterprise-Scale product development.

Experience in Containerized platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, etc.

Solid understanding of hypervisors like ESXi, KVM or XenServer, etc.

Experience with delivering software using agile development practices and tools.

Sound understanding in areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, and databases.

Curiosity and eagerness to explore new problem spaces and technologies.

Passion for "automating all the things" concerning unit testing frameworks, continuous integration/delivery, and operations and DevOps.

Experience in Jenkins and Terraform is an added advantage.

The base salary range is $141,000 - $268,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
