Position summary

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible to provide system governance, ongoing assessment, and high-level design evaluation to ensure the optimal performance and operation of the Salesforce ecosystem aligned to Arvig business needs.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years Salesforce Administration Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and FSL+
• Demonstrated experience in creating documentation for requirements, solution designs, test scripts, and/or training guides
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications
• Salesforce Billing Specialists "Superbadge"
• Knows Structured Query Language (SQL); excellent knowledge of Lightening Web Components (LWC)

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Masters of Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 plus years of experience specific to Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity)
• 5 plus years of experience with customer service and customer self-service features and applications
• CostGuard product catalog configuration steps
• Understands basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, or higher

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Location

This position can be located in Perham, MN or work from home.
