Senior Product Administrator Opportunity Overview


Supports the Treasury Management product management process for community, commercial, and digital products and service. Assists and supports the development, implementation, and management of bank products including business case development, stage gate process, product pipeline, financial analysis, DR/BC plans, product risk assessments, product disclosures, product training, communication plans and product portfolio management. May lead overall program management of a specified product or support function.


As a Senior Product Administrator with Banner Bank you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinates the product management system with specific regard to the stage gate process, communications, product training and documentation. Responsible for maintaining department procedures and product disclosure are current and compliant.

  • Manages digital fluency platform including employee and client demos, learning modules, platform maintenance, content development and release management. Ensures the platform is compliant with regulations, provides accurate information and meets usability requirements of end users.

  • Responsible for creating strategic direction of digital fluency platform and internal product content.
  • Responsible for data analytics relevant to digital fluency platform. Produces monthly reporting, regarding the effectiveness of program including client and employee engagement, monthly metrics and contribution to increase digital product adoption.

  • Coordinates with Product Managers, Marketing, Communication and other business partners during tactical planning process on product launches, upgrades and other releases to ensure bank products are successful, adoption rates are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

  • Manages the planning and development of multiple forms of content to enhance employee digital fluency and positively impact client digital adoption. This includes providing training on use of the platform and products.

  • Manages and creates product awareness plans and communication content in partnership with product managers. This includes presentations for products and services, development of training material, internal communications, product page content and other internal product support materials.

  • Partner with Training, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Treasury Management and other teams as appropriate to create and administer product documentation and educational/training programs.

  • Maintains working knowledge of Bank’s written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Certifications

  • Associate's Degree in required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication preferred


Experience

  • 5 - 8 years in of combined product management and banking experience is required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Extensive ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. This includes demonstrated leadership of cross-functional experts and marketing colleagues.
  • Extensive communication skills including verbal, written and and presentation skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences. Ability to present findings and recommendations to the most senior levels of the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven Ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Extensive ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customer experience and timely problem resolution.
