Harris Health System is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager for our Ambulatory Pediatric Practice

About the Position

The Senior Operations Manager for Ambulatory Pediatric Practice will direct the operations and staff of multiple Ambulatory Care Centers for Harris Health System. You will be responsible for all clinic operations oversight as well as the coordination among clinical and non-clinical staff. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will also oversee budget planning, development, and implementation for your assigned Centers.

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee at least 3 of the below operational scope criteria to follow:

• FTE Center Staff: 50+
• FTE Providers: 30+
• Patient Visits: 50,000+
• Procedures: 15,000+
• Speciality Service Lines: 5+
• Site Locations: 3+

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree in Business (MBA) or Health Administration (MHA) preferred
• 4 years of administrative experience in healthcare setting
• 4 years of practice or provider management experience at multi-provider or multidisciplinary setting or operational management experience of a service line
  • If Master's Degree is held, 2 years of experience
