The Senior Marketing Manager oversees the marketing process to provide a full range of marketing services including lead generation, branding, advertising, direct mail, website content, graphic design, multimedia development, public relations, and various types of events.

General Responsibilities:

• Develops content and deliverables for key marketing and communication initiatives including the company blog, marketing campaigns, and all materials.
• Produces and provides marketing content/items for tradeshows for both CORD and DNS.
• Creates and directs internal and external short and long-term marketing plans.
• Designs and develops effective marketing materials for current and new campaigns to drive greater company awareness in the industry.
• Establishes performance metrics and data driven analysis that provides actionable feedback on the results of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Examines market trends and competitive offerings to maintain CORD’s market leading position.
• Oversees and manages vendors for both company and e-commerce websites, and partners with vendors on Google Analytics plans & goals.
• Creates innovative and creative social media content and email marketing plans.
• Develops an annual integrated business/marketing plan for CORD’s brand within the context of agreed strategies that maximize growth, long-term productivity, and life cycle of brand.
• Acts as the Brand Champion works collaboratively with other functional areas such as business development, sales, operations, and accounting to ensure that marketing and sales initiatives are properly supported and capable of being realized.
• Identifies and proposes systems, processes, and tools to enhance the content marketing and communication effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position; 2+ years’ experience in social media marketing, including extensive experience with Google Analytics and AdWords; must have strong project management skills; excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation); intermediate skills with SEO principles, web content creation, and blogging; intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; intermediate skills with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and WordPress and Magneto platforms are a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
