NTN USA Corporation has an immediate opening in or IT Department for a Senior Manufacturing Business Analyst. This individual will develop – implement business applications, provide analysis for integration for various applications, troubleshoot software support issues and implement appropriate functional/technical solutions. This role will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in functional areas of Manufacturing with some knowledge of distribution.

The IT Business Analyst will provide daily support of Shop Floor, Planning, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Accounting and, Inventory. This individual will be expected to work with the power users at the Elgin Plant Location to provide resolution and problem solving on a plant or enterprise level, and communicate across the organization at all levels. The Senior IT Business Analyst will also be providing support to other ongoing JDE implementations. Experience with other JDE modules such as Sales, Procurement, Quality and Reporting is a plus.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• APICS certified or equivalent experience
• PMI certified or equivalent experience
• JD Edwards Certified or equivalent experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
