WHO WE NEED

We are looking for a Senior Manager of VQ (Corporate) Strategy to help craft, plan and communicate VEG's business strategy that will directly impact customers and VEGgies alike. You will develop and manage the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) program throughout the organization, as well as help VEG's leaders to evaluate progress against our strategic plans and propose adjustments as needed. You will also develop internal communications strategies to drive business initiatives and foster a healthy communications ecosystem. You will bring a blend of strategy, communications and program management proficiencies to key, high visibility initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implements the OKR program strategy, serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to educate and assist with program processes and improvements.
• Builds foundations for VEG's long-term strategy, assessing industry trends and strategic opportunities while incorporating broader company considerations.
• Helps to craft internal communications strategies and materials, ensuring that communication is aligned to VEG's priorities and consistent across all communications channels.
• Serves as a trusted resource for all VQ departments, acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3-5 years of professional experience (preferred: business administration, management consulting or strategic planning)
• Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Strong research and analytical skills to create plans that account for and mitigate risk
• Ability to manage multiple projects and identify key stakeholders across the business
• A solution-oriented, open and collaborative mindset

• Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary per year
