We're Looking For - We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to take ownership of the testing process and ensure quality across all MANSCAPED™ ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA process and teams across our ecommerce and enterprise platforms including designing the testing strategy, writing and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and generating test reports
• Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing
• Partner with business leaders and development team to align on features and functionality to be developed. Ensure continued communication throughout the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of enhancements and bug fixes.
• Define and implement testing automation strategy
• Create and maintain organized documentation of test results
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and make recommendations for corrective action
• Support eCommerce product launches
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in Quality Assurance with eCommerce and Enterprise applications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Fluent in Vietnamese strongly preferred
• Extensive skills in QA methodologies and release processes
• Previous experience developing and implementing QA functionality and best practices
• Experience working with automation frameworks (selenium, cucumber, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodology
• Prior experience with ecommerce platforms (shopify preferred)
