The Food & Beverage Senior Manager is a critical member of the Woodward Tahoe leadership team with direct oversight and accountability for all Food & Beverage functions. This leader will develop and implement an annual F&B revenue plan, manage direct report at all outlets, ensure the highest level of guest service for their operation, and work in unison with internal departments to execute with operational excellence.

This is a Full-Time Year-Round Position, which includes Flex Time Off, matching 401k, health benefits and is bonus eligible.

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role:

• Works with the General Manager in creating, implementing and measuring success metrics in alignment with company's strategic plan & resort wide initiatives
• Responsible for revenue planning, reporting and financial results
• Responsible for all Food & Beverage Capital Project planning and management
• Ensures synergy across all Food & Beverage outlets through menu development
• Oversees services and sales for Boreal and Soda Springs (Boreal - Eatery, Hub & Spoke, Subie Shack Soda Springs - Cafeteria, Planet Kids, Snack Shack, Woodward - Camp Meals, Snack Cart)
• Performs administrative activities associated with HR processes and procedures. Including but not limited to compiling, documenting, and retrieving information for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and performance reviews for employees
• Develops and implements safety training for Food & Beverage Department
• Coordinate with all state and local agencies to ensure compliance to all required regulations
• Oversees timely product creation, testing, and functionality
• Coordinates with resort partnerships for special events and brand commitments in alignment with annual marketing plan
• Assists in all guest & market research programs

Position Requirements

Technical

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Some Microsoft Office programs
• Exceptional operating system management a plus
• Business planning and measurement
• RTP/Square/Coupa experience a plus

Physical Capabilities

• This position requires off site travel including but not limited to all Boreal Ridge Corporation locations
• This position requires indoor and outdoor work
• Must have the ability to use touch-typing skills and have the ability to lift up to a 50-lb. box and carry 50 yards
• Must be able to visually review written documents and observe coworkers on a regular basis

Certification & Education Requirements

• Minimum education preference:
• College Degree in business related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage revenue development and management
• ServSafe food protection manager certification
• California Certified Food Manager's certification
• TIPS certified
• California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification

Minimum Time in Related Position

2-5 years managerial and or supervisory experience
