Sev1Tech, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior Acquisition Logistics Specialist to assist in delivering new capabilities and providing solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) customer as a SETA contractor. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing solutions and will be part of our delivery team in a niche role in the DoD sector. Once aboard, you will work with the existing development team from concept to delivery, will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers and will work to translate requirements into specifications, among other relevant tasks. To be successful in this position, you must be a passionate and driven individual with a keen sense for problem solving and have a willingness to become the face of the project.
The selected candidate will have a successful record of accomplishments in:
- Full spectrum life-cycle logistics including total Package Fielding (TPF), developing and implementing logistics program activities including oversight of technical and logistics documentation, provisioning, material fielding plans, supply support, configuration control, etc.
- Supporting the staffing of acquisition documentation through the milestone decision cycle.
- Providing technical guidance and support relating to Acquisition Logistics Support requirements to Program and Product Managers
- Developing and updating Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and supporting documentation
- Analyzing, Developing, and Implementing Supportability Strategies as well as identifying opportunities to reduce lifecycle Operations and Support costs
- Supporting the development of Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE)
- Shall have a minimum of fifteen years of progressively complex experience in providing logistics support to DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects or systems.
- Experience shall include a minimum of eight years experience of providing Integrated Product Support (IPS) to a DoD or IC program office.
- Experience shall include a minimum of five years experience in an Integrated Product Support (IPS) position(s) within a DoD or IC program office leading an IPS team.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- DoD 5000 requirements experience and familiarity with the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support
- Experience in applying Army Regulations 700-142 and 700-127 as well as local policies and procedures, development and review of logistics support requirements, and their application to the total system
- Experience developing and updating Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and supporting documentation
- Experience Analyzing, Developing, and Implementing Supportability Strategies and identifying opportunities to reduce lifecycle Operations and Support costs
- Knowledge and experience with CDRL development and updates
- Understanding of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) impacts to the development of supportability strategies
- Experience supporting the development of Life Cycle Cost Estimates
- Knowledge and experience establishing government depot maintenance and repair capability
- Experience with Statement of Work development and updates.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office productivity suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Certified Acquisition Professional in Acquisition Logistics
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL)
