As a Senior Living Sales Advisor Supervisor you will impact the lives of seniors by delivering a WOW first impression as you inspire happiness through your interactions as you assist them to learn about Buckner. You will use your sales skills and discovery sales process to identify motivations, senior housing needs, and build relationships that lead to on site visit and tours. You will interact with seniors, their families, and influencers as they explore housing options. Transition customers and prospects to community sales team using data-drive marketing research and tools. Serve as first point of contact sales advisor for seniors and their families contacting Buckner for information about our communities.

You will make a difference by:

  • Manage the call center team to include scheduling, timecard review/edits/approvals, ensuring coverage, serving as the team members' first point of contact with concerns, and ensuring best practices are being utilized by all team members.
  • Communicate goals to the team and drive team performance to meet or exceed team goals; Becomes an active part of the sales culture of Buckner and cascades the importance of this to the team; Leads by example.
  • Manage and monitor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for assigned communities for Buckner Retirement Services marketing and sales.
  • Provide a 5STAR call experience to customers and prospects via phone, email, and chat using a sales-oriented approach to manage calls and transition calls to community ales team.
  • Responsible for professional sales presentations to prospects via phone, email, chat and video calls.
  • Use your knowledge of assigned senior living markets to help shape sales strategies.
  • Become proficient at utilizing all sales and marketing technology platforms.
  • Receive and manage high call volume using Buckner's CRM and 8x8 technologies throughout assigned shifts using a Customer First approach (Faith, Integrity, Respect, Service, Teamwork).
  • Present the different lifestyles available at our communities (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing), and personalized care services to assist customers and prospects to identify plans tailored to meet their needs.
  • Qualify customers and prospects and transition the leads to community sales team.

  • Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors and manager to share ideas and successes to drive continuous improvement in the customer service experience.
  • Participate on a team to achieve individual and team census goals.

As a Senior Living Sales Advisor Supervisor, you will bring to the team:

  • Experience in seniors housing in a sales and marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to manage high call volume using various technologies consistently throughout each shift.
  • Prior leadership experience with the ability to drive performance excellence required.
  • Experience participating in video chats with customers and prospects.
  • A strong sense of diplomacy and demonstrated success in developing strong collaborative relationships with organizational peers and outside colleagues. Requires ability to relate positively, influentially, and sensitively to a broad spectrum of persons in a variety of multi-tiered relationships and settings.
  • A professional commitment to Christian principles so as to perform tasks and responsibilities in alignment with Buckner's mission, vision, and values;

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1year prior related experience in high volume sales and/or customer support. Prior related non-profit experience preferred.
  • Excellent professional sales skills to gather data, engage prospects, and transition them to viable candidates for becoming residents in a Buckner community.
  • Working nights and weekends to meet business needs.
  • Exceptional professional communications skills.
  • Requires recognized ability to meet multiple deadlines by maintaining a high level of organization.
