About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lease Management Specialist for our US and International portfolio.

In this role, you will:
  • Review Domestic and International real estate lease documents for a complex portfolio, abstracts into our system of record and administers leases in accordance with real estate lease agreements
  • Obtain required documents to ensure landlord vendor payments of rent, common area maintenance (CAM) and other lease related charges.
  • Perform Landlord/Tenant CAM/OPEX reconciliation, annual property forecast for WF finance, and ensure lease data is compliant for FASB Lease regulation reporting.
  • Manage lease critical dates and lease financials to guarantee timely Landlord rent payments and Tenant rent collection.
  • Mitigate legal risk by reconciling Landlord/Tenant account balances. Performs systems testing and participate in special initiatives.
  • Reviews and approves work performed by less experienced PLC and provides work direction, guidance, and training as needed.
  • Lead or participate in complex initiatives and deliverables within Lease Management
  • Provide effective lease management services and coordinate communication with Corporate Properties Group members within a geographic area for a complex portfolio
  • Identify locations within the portfolio for potential lease audits, determine subtenant share of reimbursable expenses and oversee billing
  • Review subtenant aged receivables, identify all revenue due under leases, and ensure compliance of lease provisions by tenant
  • Ensure vendor payments of rent and common area maintenance and reconciliation
  • Maintain subtenant and tenant rent roll
  • Provide assistance to the Regional Lease Manager on special projects and other specialized duties or responsibilities as required
  • Resolve moderately complex issues to meet lease agreement deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Lease Management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve lease agreement issues
  • Provide assistance to the Regional Lease Manager on projects and other specialized duties
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Property Lease Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to research, compile, and perform analysis for operational data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP and IDA
Salary and Location:
  • IA - West Des Moines: Min $55,300 Max $98,300
  • NC - Charlotte: Min $55,300 Max $98,300
  • May be eligible for an annual discretional bonus
