Responsibilities:

• Responsible for our online consumer website Avery.com you will lead a team lead of front-end and back-end engineers to enhance the existing product and develop new solutions
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Collaborate with stakeholders, research and propose innovative solutions to complex problems
• Work with peers, provide team mentorship and continuously improve development process
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications
• Document code and technical designs

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing solution in Java
• Firm understanding of object-oriented concepts
• Ability to learn new technologies and skills based on the project requirements
• High aptitude and passion for solving complex problems
• Strong communication skills and energetic self-starter
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Strong proponent of Agile Methodology

Position Requirements: Technology

• Strong knowledge of Java
• Working experience creating Micro Services using Spring, Spring Boot
• Working experience in RDBMS, writing SQL to perform CRUD
• Good understanding of Design Pattern in coding and Cloud Architecture in DevOps
• Working experience in writing Junit Test case
• Will be plus if you have knowledge JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, DOM
• Working experience in IntelliJ IDEA will be plus
• Experience developing on a UNIX or Linux platform.
• Good knowledge of web application development fundamentals.
• Good Knowledge of working on AWS Platform.
