Job description

Looking for strong seasoned IT Program manager with specialization in managing support for warehouse management system like manhattan, JDA. Ideal candidate should have client management experience. Role is remote.

  • Technical project management
  • Must have experience with ticket management systems like zendesk, service now
  • Must have experience in managing IT support projects
  • Cross team communication, issue resolution, preparing RCA's is a must
  • Warehouse management experience is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Stakeholder management and cross team communication
  • IT project management experience with Supply Chain
  • Warehouse Management/Labor Management experience preferably Manhattan and/or JDA Red Prairie
  • Experience working in a task-oriented environment
  • Experience working in a matrix managed environment
  • Self-starter, quick learner, collaborative and able to switch between tasks as required
