Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Product Owner to join their Technology Integration and Operations team in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

The Senior IT Product Owner will serve as lead to Technical IT Staff within Boeing Space & Security. This role will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of agile and lean methodology for several Special Access Programs (SAP).

The ideal candidate will have:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for all IT needs identified by the business
  • Assist with the development of project requirements
  • Assist management in the alignment of resources for daily operations
  • Align work to key priorities to maximize product value
  • Maintain the team backlog, iteration planning and story collaboration
  • Work with IT and program leadership to develop and adapt methodology to supported areas
  • Ensure the product strategy and vision is efficiently communicated and effectively executed
  • Lead the handling of service requests from the user community
  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues
  • Closely monitor the metrics and suggest new solutions to increase the product’s business value.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, Team Foundation Server (TFS), VersionOne, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects and/or teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in and with classified program requirements, developing security plans and operating within the restrictions of this type of office and/or lab environment
  • IT Infrastructure experience supporting desktop, server, storage or network hardware and software component
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
  • Certified Safe Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe) Product Manager/Product Owner

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $108,800-$147,200
