What You’ll Do
The Information Security Analyst/Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the security measures that protect our organization from cyber threats. You will work closely with our Director of Cybersecurity, Sr. Information Security Engineer/Architect, IT teams and the business to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems, data, and network. You will be responsible for detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as designing and implementing security solutions and processes to prevent future incidents.
  • Develop and maintain security standards and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems, data, and network.
  • Monitor network and systems for security incidents and take necessary actions to mitigate the risk of data loss or unauthorized access.
  • Investigate security incidents, analyze data, coordinate with appropriate teams to remediate events and report findings to management and IT teams.
  • Manage and maintain security tools and software and oversee the implementation of security controls.
  • Design and automate the security processes which provide monitoring, oversight and governance of security controls.
  • Provide oversight for vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems and networks, and work with IT teams to remediate these issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and recommend strategies and solutions to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop incident response plans and protocols.
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees to ensure best practices are followed to mitigate risks.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies and methodologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, experience with Azure being a plus.
  • Experience with risk assessment and incident response.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements such as CCPA and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) concepts and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with languages like Perl, Terraform and PowerShell to automate routine processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.

CA Pay Range is $150,000-$175,000 annually
