We’re hiring a Hardware Integration Test Engineer to join a growing Integration & Diagnostics team that is responsible for ensuring various hardware subsystems work functionally and reliably in the entire product life cycle. This role is essential and fundamental for both NPI and RMA processes to ensure that the hardware subsystems can be quickly and reliably tested.

In this role, you’ll develop hardware test solutions and conduct to validate and/or trouble-shoot next generation hardware systems. The ideal candidate should have a background in Python programming and hardware test engineering with familiarity with RF, digital, or analog products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define hardware integration & testing requirements of NPI and RMA hardware subsystems
• Design and build test systems that will interface with HW subsystem under test
• Write test scripts and diagnostic software to test hardware
• Setup, execute and support integration and testing of prototype hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware issues observed in the lab/field
• Develop a test dashboard and generate test reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or engineering
• 5-10 years experience with hardware testing and test automation
• Strong understanding of HW integration testing and development
• Experience working with electrical test equipment
• Experience with scripting in Python, Batch, Shell, etc
• Comfortable with command line interface in Linux
• Experience working with hardware designs and reading schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with a propensity for creative, out of the box thinking.
• RF experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask on many different projects at once
