SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

THE ROLE

This Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design of the digital website and digital marketing assets, email and promotional materials, social media content, and other projects for well-known and respected retail fashion clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, conceptualize, produce, and provide creatives for a global eCommerce brand site, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches and other marketing initiatives
• Design on-brand and cohesive creative assets needed to support global websites, social campaigns, digital marketing, email blasts, etc.
• Comfortable working autonomously, leading a project from start to finish, as well as working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage your own time and energy to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Develop and present fresh, innovative, and strategic design solutions clearly and effectively
• Passionate about problem-solving & able to take direction and criticism professionally
• Create design systems and produce pixel-perfect deliverables for responsive web
• Assists in developing a new and innovative brand guideline
• Manage creative request workflow by prioritizing projects, delegating to team members, managing cross-departmental routing of artwork for approvals, enforcing request standards, and managing timelines.
• Create prototypes and mockups for landing pages and site needs
• Submit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon deadline and budget
• Keep up to date on the latest design trends
  
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of eCommerce design experience is highly preferred, especially in fashion, studio, or creative agency environment
• Proven experience as a Graphic/Web Designer or similar role
• Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, and Premier Pro
• Comfortable creating motion graphics and light video editing
• Proficient in Mac and Windows platforms
• Strong typography skills
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Attention to visual detail and ability to follow style guides and brand guidelines
• Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with HTML, CSS is a plus but not required
