Position Summary
The role of the Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Controller (Director). This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting financial results utilizing appropriate techniques. This position will be the liaison between departmental directors and the accounting department.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Prepare ongoing financial reports and analysis to be reviewed by leadership
  • Consolidate financial statements for the WR healthcare system
  • Assist with auditing processes, preparing documentation, and assisting with questions from necessary stakeholders
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
  • Prepare annual non-profit tax return for the Hospital
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, required
  • Licensure and Certifications: CPA, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a previous hospital accounting role, required. Previous experience in utilizing accounting databases, preferred.
