Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions (PWCS), headquartered in Michigan, is looking for an onsite Sr. Customer Account Representative to work at Pratt & Whitney Engine Services (PWES) in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending daily production meetings to ensure that parts are available to complete the engine overhaul process
  • Proactively working with the PWES point of contact to ensure that parts are available for incoming engine overhauls
  • Managing on-time delivery by working with the PWES operations team to ensure demands are placed, managed and delivered to Estimated Ship Date
  • Delivery Assurance: Resolving any and all shortage issues by ensuring all inventory options have been exhausted prior to customers’ required date; generating POs as required
  • Delivering excellent customer service through documentation, communication and coordination with both internal and external customers
  • Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor on-time delivery, open orders, RMAs, and owed cores
  • Acting as PWES’ first escalation point to resolve problems and proactively implementing process enhancements to prevent future occurrences
  • Working with inventory & planning to monitor stock levels to ensure future customer needs can be satisfied

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 5+ years’ customer account management experience required with increasing responsibilities or a Master's Degree in a related field and minimum of 3+ years experience
  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen
  • Follow-up and follow-through skills with the ability to problem solve
  • A working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Previous experience working in aerospace, preferably aftermarket aviation
