Job description
Overview:- All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA *
Accountable for the collection and data entry of detailed clinical information of category 1 and the more complex category 2 core measures obtained from medical records in accordance with established guidelines to provide accurate and timely information for public reporting to internal customers as well as Joint Commission, CMS and other external agencies.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED: High school diploma/GED. Four (4) years' experience performing detailed data collection, data entry and medical record analysis as a Core Measure Abstractor with the ability to work on more complex category 2 core measures.
Consideration for advancement into the senior role is based on a business need for the position.
