Job Summary: Air Tractor, Inc. currently has available a full-time position for an experienced CAD drafter/designer proficient in Inventor, Vault, and AutoCAD. Job responsibilities include:

- Creation of accurate drawings of aircraft parts, assemblies and installations using AutoCAD
- Development of 3D CAD models, assemblies, and layout drawings in Autodesk Inventor
- Produce completed layouts and drawings with clarity, completeness, and conformity to standards.
- Accuracy of calculations and dimensioning
- Identification of design errors, omissions, and other deficiencies
- Maintenance of Vault database
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent knowledge in drafting with some manufacturing, machines, and equipment knowledge ·
- ~5 years’ experience with AutoCAD ·
- Applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR 120.15)
- Must be organized, an effective communicator and have a strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings
- Working experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database and Outlook.
- Experience with machined parts, weldments, and sheet metal parts
