Overview

Our Corporate Bank Asset Tokenization business team is working with cutting-edge technology to transform the way the Bank will issue and manage the lifecycle of our clients’ assets. You would be joining a team who are passionate about the future of money and the capital markets of tomorrow. You’ll be working on innovative projects on the IT side involving Smart Contracts over Distributed Ledger Technology based on Blockchain (public and possibly private). Our team of business and IT experts will be there to coach and support your development to ensure you excel in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build smart contract applications (dApps) in Solidity

  • Integrate smart contract applications with other off-chain banking applications

  • Advise on public versus private Blockchain, and possibly build a private Blockchain

  • Partner across technology in close collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Work very close to our business partners to turn their web3 use cases into optimal solutions

  • Help our IT division to be a trusted advisor

How You’ll Lead

  • Encourage Corporate Bank Trust and Agency Architects to understand how to link the Bank applications with dApps

  • Lead the asset tokenization initiative

  • Collaborate with different vendors that we may use to accelerate our products development, such as Cashlink and Taurus

Skills You’ll Need

  • Experience in Information Technology

  • Experience with smart contract programming in Solidity and deployment on Blockchain

  • Commercial experience with Blockchain concepts such as oracles, keeper, layer 2, polygon, Ethereum Virtual Machine

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Knowledge of DeFi, Centralized Exchange and Crypto Currency: dYdX, Compound, Uniswap, Yield, Set, e-money, ETH, USDT, stablecoin, Coinbase

  • Knowledge of financial asset classes

  • Excellent communication skills, both with Business and IT people

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to educate and raise awareness about the benefits and risks of Blockchain technology
