ATI has a current need for a Senior Architect in Panama City, FL to provide construction management services for the multi-billion dollar rebuild of Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida. Serving as an owner’s rep. on both design-build and design-bid-build contractors is required, primarily related to vertical construction projects.

- Competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000/year depending on experience;

Required Qualifications for the Senior Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Architect on large complex multimillion dollar vertical construction projects, preferably in support of the DoD or other Federal agencies;
- US citizenship and the ability to pass a background check in a timely manner;
- Current Architect license is highly preferred; and
- Experience with the USACE Resident Management System (RMS) is a plus.
