Oasis seeks a Senior Analyst, Performance Management you will evaluate current business processes and team performance, conduct data analysis, and recommend strategies on improving processes and performance to exceed KPIs, drive profitability and scalability and consistently deliver an industry leading servicing experience. This position will work collaboratively with leaders from Operations, Sales, and Marketing and reports to the VP of Business Analytics.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts and make data-based recommendations to resolve barriers and drive performance.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on Operations team performance (Call Center, Underwriting, Account Management, Funding, Case Servicing and Collections), assesse performance against team and individual KPIs.
  • Measure and report on the performance of vendor partners and assess against KPIs and contractual service levels.
  • Partner with Operations leaders, Finance/Accounting, and others on budgets, reforecasts, dynamic staffing models, and incentive plans.
  • Extract, transform, and manipulate data to feed analysis or reporting needs
  • Develop dashboards (primarily PowerBI and Excel) that automate and simplify reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed.
  • Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to audiences ranging from senior leaders to operations across the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Relevant experience including business process improvement (internally or consulting), performance data analysis, training development and project and change management.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience at building and leveraging analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, or Python.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven experience building results-driven performance management programs with the highest degree of accountability
  • A curious, proactive mindset, continuously thinking about improvement and innovation
  • Six Sigma, or similar, certification, a plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
