About the Role - we are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include verifying and processing vendor invoices; following-up and resolving invoice issues; preparing vendor payment according to payment schedule and vendor profile setup.

  • Receive and verify invoices for accounts with high volume transactions/business processes with minimal supervision
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Reconcile vendor accounts per audit request
  • Coordinate with other departments if needed to resolve issues
  • Prepare monthly close accrual report

Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, with 3-5 years of minimum related experience including AP/AR on expense accounts
  • Solid MS Office skills with expertise in Excel to include pivot tables and v-lookups, Power Point required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational and problem- solving skills
  • Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Ability to work with functional groups and be a responsive partner in a fast-paced environment
