First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, highly professional Senior Administrative Specialist to join our Wealth Management Service Center Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Wealth Management Group governing committees, including frequent interactions with Board of Directors and Senior Managers. You will also be responsible for managing reports and meeting materials on Board Vantage (Board software), as well as providing other administrative support to the Wealth Management Service Center (WMSC).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in office administration.
  • 1-2 years’ experience dealing with executive level management, Board of Directors or Trustees.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management (personal trust, institutional trust, custody, and agency administration) and other related bank products and services preferred.
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting
  • Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions.
  • Ability to assimilate and understand information.
  • Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy.
  • Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment is critical.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
