• Lead cash flow month end closing reporting.
• Inventory control including work orders.
• Monitor purchasing daily reporting to management such as sales/purchases.
• Evaluate and create intercompany invoices.
• Generate internal financial reports.
• Perform necessary journal entries and adjustments.
• Help prepare yearly budgets.
• Review account balances and perform accounts reconciliation.
• Evaluate A/R and A/P and manage collections and expenses.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records including posting of invoices and accruals.
• Prepare sales and purchases analysis required for business and insurance renewal.
• Provide audit support including creating and reviewing audit documentation.
• Perform sales and use tax filing in a timely manner.
• Provide quarterly and yearly sales schedules as well as other schedules required by the tax department.
• Maintain accurate Fixed Asset records.
• Provide support in electronic filing of yearly Manufacturing, R&D, and business required surveys.
• Review inventory records and evaluate necessary adjustment needed.
• Lead manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and technologically savvy.
• Must have experience with Sage 100 and above.
• Excellent people skills with personal qualities of integrity and credibility.
• Detail-oriented goal driven critical thinker.
• Demonstrated interest in being part of an entrepreneurial culture and are highly effective in working with limited supervision.
• Experience should include legal, audit, and compliance.
• Ability to interpret, communicate and present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Work Authorization in United States.
• Manufacturing and inventory management experience.
• Solid background knowledge in Procurement, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and plant operations.
