Job Summary

The Sr. National Account Manager for Amazon is responsible for driving growth and ensuring positive customer experience on Amazon for the PowerA brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading share growth initiatives, managing an account P&L, and operating Amazon businesses with strong seasonality and product technology transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth on Amazon and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Develop and oversee the cross-functional execution of strategies that lead to growth in share and profitability by focusing holistically on the key drivers of Amazon sales
  • Define Amazon Advertising strategy to enable larger business plan. Engage with internal and external agency stakeholders on relevant briefs. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Manage the launch of products, ensure pages are retail ready, track results from pre-order to post launch, and make real-time changes to push product velocity higher
  • Audit and optimize the post-paunch product catalog for Amazon
  • Enhance current skus portfolio and optimize product detail pages and customers experience by improving copy, A+ Content, etc.
  • Managing relationships and maintain strong communication with Amazon, customers and internal PowerA and ACCO Brands team
  • Coordinate with internal Amazon team members to execute overall strategy
  • Working closely with the Sr. Director Amazon Sales and Strategy to strategically drive decision-making and oversee the resolution of technical issues to ensure successful marketplace performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of PowerA products
  • Professionally communicate with Amazon team to help resolve issues, gather, and organize required information, and provide exemplary customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years experience in Account Management
  • 10+ years experience managing ecommerce marketplaces for consumer brands
  • 6+ years experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • 5+ years of experience in managing E-Commerce Sales, including experience in collaborating with Amazon and other Internet retail sites
  • Experience in industries with seasonal peaks and planned product transitions
  • Deep understanding of the Amazon business model, including both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms
  • Knowledge in the discipline of online commerce, from discoverability to shopping experience to customer retention/ repurchase strategy
  • Experience in managing Amazon site of different countries, i.e., Mexico, Canada
  • Experience in collaborating with international team members.
  • An analytical mindset to solve problems, connect complex ideas and think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data with the ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency using Excel, ASANA, and Google Workspace (G Suite) applications


Salary Range
: $200,000 - $210,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
