Assistant Property Manager/Office Admin - located 3.5 miles from the 93 alternate overpass and HWY2.

Position Summary – The employees are responsible for the operations and continued growth of our company. This includes financial performance of the storage center; including rentals & sales, customer satisfaction, the physical condition/appearance of the store while demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You may have to move the trucks and be able to hitch/unhitch a trailer without assistance. The position is full time year-round. Vacation paid-time off available after the first year.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Sales– retail goods and unit rentals [ priority! ]
  • Customer Service [ priority! ]
  • Marketing– local market, commercial and consumer [ priority! ]
  • Light Maintenance – property appearance, cleaning, and vendor supervision
  • Accounts Receivables management
  • Purchasing– inventory management

Required:

  • Successful candidates have a minimum 3 year customer-centered, selling experience – including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartment leasing offices and more
  • High energy, customer-focused personality
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer knowledge – accuracy in entering data, posting account notations and balancing daily transactions
  • Ability to perform light maintenance, indoors, outdoors and light vehicle maintenance (checking windshield fluid, oil levels and ensure trucks are ready for rental)
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Willing to submit to an employment background screening and drug test
  • Able to hook and unhook UHaul trailers without assistance

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

  • Sales and Customer Service: 2 years

  • Valid Drivers License
